Report an incident without going it alone.
If you’re not ready to file a report, create one anonymously and store it for release pending a match. When another user from your organization reports the same person, the system will create a “match” and release both reports.

Create your report
Once another member from your organization reports the same person, your matching reports are released to your organization’s administrator so they can take action.

To ensure immediate and effective action, please do not use this tool to report instances of child abuse. If you suspect or are aware of child abuse, contact local law enforcement or child protective services directly.
